A Family Legacy of Coffee and Sustainability
Since I was a child, the aroma of fresh coffee filled my home, sparking a curiosity that soon turned into a passion. I am Stephania Riaño, an agricultural engineer and coffee grower at heart, immersed in the world of coffee since my childhood in the municipality of Ibagué, Tolima. Today, alongside my family, that passion has become a way of life—one that blends tradition, innovation, and a deep respect for the land.
Across our two coffee farms, we combine ancestral techniques passed down through generations with modern cultivation methods to create coffee that honors and celebrates its origin.

Here, we work tirelessly to ensure that every coffee bean reflects the excellence that drives us. Finca Las Bayas, on the other hand, is a sanctuary of biodiversity, where coffee plants thrive alongside a vibrant ecosystem. Surrounded by trees such as walnut, cedar, and oak, along with a rich variety of fruit trees including feijoas, guavas, apples, peaches, cherimoyas, and raspberries, we foster an environment that protects local wildlife and promotes natural soil regeneration.
Every coffee plant at Las Bayas grows in a space that respects and celebrates the region’s natural richness, producing a unique coffee that carries the essence of the landscape and the dedication we pour into every bean.
